July is a month of freedom. It holds the Fourth of July, Bastille Day, and Canada Day. Freedom is the essence of human agency and autonomy. Mass Appeal Magazine’s contributors know a thing or two about this concept. The freedom a place offers a person. A freedom within oneself. Even a freedom to choose one’s career. Learn and grow with us.  Find your master plan.

Location, Location, Location

First comes Ambika Mathur’s transformative journey. It starts from a childhood promise at Rome’s Trevi Fountain and morphs into a life-changing solo trip across Europe. After being unexpectedly laid off in 2020, Mathur struggled. She let freedom win though. From a rigid career-focused mindset to embracing a year of diverse experiences that included entrepreneurship, modeling, and travel. She crossed ‘A Thin Line,’ eventually settling in Naples, Italy. Find love and fulfillment with Mathur’s words.

Then ‘Blueprint’ highlights a unique approach to career success centered around self-knowledge and creativity. Contributor Sarah Sloboda emphasizes integrating personal passions into a thriving business in New York City. By mastering customer-centric sessions, she’s garnered acclaim from prestigious clients and streamlined processes. This piece is for all those budding photographers.

 The Certain Freedom Within

Find freedom within in July’s ‘Arrested Development.’ Katie Riffel chronicles her personal journey of transformation through holistic wellness and redefining personal beliefs. Initially living in constant stress and driven by fear, Riffel embraced societal norms that masked vulnerability and prioritized external validation. Dance became a healing outlet. The movement revealed insights into energy dynamics and inner peace. This three-year journey of self-discovery and transition led to a profound personal awakening.

Trust your inner calling as Rick Davis did. He recounts a 37-year career journey of dedication and resilience in firefighting. It began with a childhood passion as told in ‘Art of the Game’. Despite initial resistance from family members, including discouragement and even warnings of being a “black sheep,” Davis persisted. Overcoming numerous obstacles, including health issues and career transitions, Davis rose through the ranks. There’s freedom in honoring your true self.

Lastly, get inspired by Tina Tyko’s ‘I Can.’ She details her 25-year journey promoting opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Tyko emphasizes how focusing on abilities rather than limitations can lead to remarkable achievements and societal benefits. By placing individuals with disabilities in meaningful roles, perceptions are changed. Not to mention the businesses thrive as customers embrace inclusivity. Advocating for freedom and equal access, Tyko is a beacon of light.
