Confidence and Integrity Go Hand-In-Hand

Find integrity in yourself first.

Integrity comes from within. Therefore, one of the first steps to achieving an honest, moral life is through confidence. Mass Appeal Magazine is here to affirm, strengthen, and heal this August. Our contributors use their various backgrounds to impart wisdom to our readers.

Powerful Words

First, one can begin their confidence journey with “Affirm.” Marcus Fernandez submitted an Oprah Winfrey quote to inspire integrity. Begin with the right words.

Stronger Than Ever Before

Meanwhile, Rachel Boehm strengthens readers who live alone. In “Shape,” a nationally board-certified health and wellness coach puts us in motion. Boehm wants singles and/or those who live alone to invest their time in fitness and healthy eating. An accountability partner is not necessary. In turn, a healthy lifestyle brings about integrity which leads to confidence.

The strengthening doesn’t stop there. Jonathon Rosenfeld shows readers how he developed a keen sense of self-worth and self-confidence early in his law career. August’s “Bulletproof” is a firsthand story that inspires.

Stuart Macmillan gives readers a lesson on integrity in the workplace, specifically with leaders. Anyone from a CEO to a manager will find this “Moral Code” enlightening. Macmillian notes that showing integrity and feeling confident will raise employee morale.

Beyond the Band-Aid

Additionally, healing is a point made in the August issue of Mass Appeal. In “Surrender,” Adrien Blackwell walks us through the art of surrender—how to do so with no choice left and how to do it when there are still various options. This concept will allow one to maintain their integrity through the process of letting go.

Finally, in “Inside Out,” Ting Lee keeps us healing. Lee tells her story and the many ways she attempted to keep anxiety at bay. Learn how she found herself in the process.
